- Your Statutory Rights - Cooling-off Period By law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered to you. We regret that we also cannot accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase of any items where the item has been unsealed, or for goods supplied by electronic download where the download has been completed. To cancel your purchase under this cooling-off period, please contact us, details are on our contact us page, giving the reason for the return as "contract cancellation". Please package the relevant item securely and send it to us so that we receive it within seven working days of the day after the date that the item was delivered to you. The return address is given on this sites Contact us page. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is faulty. If we do not receive the item back from you after a "contract cancellation", we may arrange for collection of the item from your residence at your cost. As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item together with the item's normal postage charge. We cannot refund any priority, express or courier component of the postage charge. - Prices
- The Prices for Goods or Services are quoted in the catalogue both excluding and including UK sales taxes or any other charges (unless otherwise stated). Local sales tax (VAT at rate 15%) is usually charged on tax rated goods which are shipped by any means to territories to which this tax applies. In addition handling or packaging charges, postage and insurance may be applied if applicable to non-electronic download goods. Any charges in addition to the cost of the goods in the catalogue are stated on the shop order form which can be seen before goods are paid for. While every effort is made to ensure prices are correct, they may be subject to change without notice. Customers outside the EU are not of course liable to EU VAT or taxes but may be liable to local taxes and duties.
- Value Added Tax
- Goods are supplied exclusive of Value Added Tax for free circulation within the EU. This applies to Irish and other EU registered customers (not UK), provided they supply their valid EU Value Added Tax number during the purchase process. If you shop using this provision and do not supply a valid EU Value Added Tax number this will result in UK Value Added Tax being applied and orders possibly being delayed.
- Delivery of Goods
- This sites electronic download system allows our customers to collect goods immediately after purchase for a period of 8 hours. Instructions and access codes which are required to activate this process are supplied after purchase on an Order Information form which is supplied by email. It is essential that when an electronic download purchase is made a valid email address is supplied. This site will process any order received for physical goods rapidly, and will aim to complete packaging and handing over to an appropriate delivery service within a maximum of 4 working days. In general you should receive your goods within 7 working days, but you should allow a maximum of 14 days. - We collect information from you when you purchase goods to enable us to complete your order and provide contact information so we can get in touch with you in the event of any problems. We shall not disclose this information to any third party.

- Goods supplied by TeamSolutions are backed by twelve months manufacturer's warranty. In many cases extended warranty/maintenance is available on hardware and software upgrade services are available free of charge or for an annual fixed fee.
